• Home-Alyze West Inspections Ltd. is volunteering its expertise in helping Habitat for Humanity Calgary and the families they build homes for in having a knowledgeable and insightful transition into home ownership.

MCC strives to help under employed persons improve themselves and their situations in life.

• Home-Alyze West Inspections Ltd. has been an active volunteer with MCC /Momentum since 2003, providing expertise to participants that are working toward home ownership. This training is used to help prepare these participants in the home buying process as well as the maintenance requirements in owning a home.
• Home-Alyze West Inspections Ltd. participates financially in helping qualified participants during the home buying process.

Street Teams provides public education, outreach, basic essentials and emotional support for youth that are at risk or victimized by homelessness and/or sexual exploitation through prostitution.

• Home-Alyze West Inspections Ltd. has volunteered their inspection expertise during the purchasing process of homes for use by this society.

An organization used to help people recover from past personal difficulties. They provide furnished homes for these people to live in during their journey toward a better life.

• Home-Alyze West Inspections Ltd. has provided substantially discounted professional services on the homes owned by this society. Extensive reporting on the conditions, life expectancy of components, and a time table for regular maintenance for homes in Calgary and Edmonton have been provided . This information was used to help improve and maintain these important residences for deserving people

• Home-Alyze West Inspections Ltd. volunteers its time to many “First Time Home Buyer's Seminars”. These seminars are provided for purchasers to help prepare them for the home buying process. We introducing the home inspector process and help explain the expectations to make this experience less intimidating. We also help develop strategies in the types and ages of the homes that they may be considering.
• We have participated in many of these seminars including ones sponsored by Presidents Choice Financial, The Royal Bank of Canada, Canada Trust/Toronto Dominion, and MD Management.
• Helping people understand the home condition during the home buying process is what we do.

• HomeAlyze West Inspections Ltd. has provided free consulting services including providing expert witness testimony for their investigators and crown prosecutors with respect to fraudulent contractors. Our prepared reports and testimony have helped to convict numerous criminals that have been predators of our older citizens with gross overcharging of services. We will continue to help right these types of wrongs.

This organization is dedicated to providing a shelter-related legacy for the Calgary community that cannot be met through the conventional housing market. Home-Alyze West Inspections Ltd. has been involved in supporting this foundation for many years.

• We have been sponsors and participants in the Annual Forecast luncheon since 2003.
• We have been supporters of the CREB annual auction providing Air Miles as gifts and prizes.
• We have supported the CREB annual Gala Dinner and Christmas luncheon.
• We have been sponsors in the annual CREB Golf Tournaments since 2002. This includes a 50/50 draw that has a unique twist involving an Eight foot Golfer and a “closer to the pin challenge”.

The proceeds to all of this involvement go to the CREB Charitable Foundation with all of our support.

HomeAlyze West Inspections Ltd. has raised money in a number of different ways including sponsoring golf tournaments with our 50/50 draws and 8 foot tall golfer. The moneys raised at these events are given to Habitat for Humanity or other similar charity. We love to help people in our day to day inspections and we love to give back to the community and this is a very fun way we can do this.
